Uri Keren: CEO
Prior to joining MeCanto,
Uri served as Business Unit director in Kodak and as CEO
of several startup companies such as CareerHarmony, Ingenio, and ESI, leading the companies
to international growth and successful exits. Prior to that, Uri filled senior management positions
at Applied Materials and Applied Komatsu Technologies in the US and Japan where he built and managed
large multi-national technology groups. Uri holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion, Israel.

Formerly Chief Executive Officer of the mobile telecoms
software group Artilium plc, valued at over $500 million under his leadership, Robert spent nearly a decade
at Microsoft’s Redmond headquarters, serving most recently as a director on the company’s M&A team.
As a Solution CEO at Microsoft Robert developed a top-performing portfolio of communication
and collaboration solutions, estimated to have earned the company over $100 million.
Before joining Microsoft, he was a founder of 3 successful start-ups and led a turnaround,
generating 2 IPOs. Currently Robert is the chairman & ceo of Quantumwave, a specialist investment banking boutique.
Robert graduated from Antioch University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
Shachar Efal, member of the advisory board
Shachar served in a number of executive management positions at
the NASDAQ listed IT services conglomerate Ness Technologies, including Chief Executive Officer of Ness Israel,
President Global Software Distribution, and President Global Business Development.
Shachar led 15 major M&A transactions to successful conclusion for Ness.
Prior to Ness he founded New-X Systems, a regional IT services provider,
successfully merging the company with the multinational IT services provider Ipex and serving
as Chief Executive Officer of the combined entity Ipex-ICS, before negotiating its merger with Ness.
Shachar graduated from Ben Gurion University with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Industry and Management (with specialization in IT and Communication).
